ERELONG DIGITALMETRIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

Governing Laws: Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, DPDP Rules 2025, and applicable Indian Labour Codes.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Erelong Digitalmetric ('Erelong', 'Platform', 'we', 'us', 'our'), an attendance platform operated by JiJo Digital Media, registered under Indian law. Erelong provides features including attendance check-in / check-out, Leave request, Permission request and report generation.

By registering, accessing, or using Erelong, you ('User', 'you') unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, Business Guidelines, and Grievance Redressal Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JiJo Digital Media (operating FMP) under the:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

2. Scope of Service

Erelong Digitalmetric provides digital attendance tracking, geo-fencing check-in/check-out, shift scheduling, and leave management for employees and organization members managed under JiJo Digital Media and its client networks.

3. Compliance with Indian Laws

This Application complies with:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and DPDP Rules 2025.
• Information Technology Act, 2000, and Reasonable Security Practices Rules (SPDI).
• Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps (GIGW) where applicable.

4. Personal Data Collected & Purpose Limitation

In strict accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, personal data is collected solely for workplace attendance management, verification, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.

Information Collected: Full Name, Employee Identification Code, Work Email, Mobile Number, Geo-location Coordinates (captured only at the time of clock-in/clock-out), Device ID/IP Address, and Biometric/Facial Photo Verification (where enabled).

Purpose: Attendance logging, leave tracking, shift allocation, and payroll calculation within Erelong Digitalmetric.

Restriction: Your personal and biometric data will never be monetized, sold, or shared with third-party advertisers.

5. Consent & Data Principal Rights

Explicit Consent: By activating your account on Erelong Digitalmetric, you grant informed consent to JiJo Digital Media for processing your attendance data as outlined under DPDP regulations.

Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time through the Application settings or by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Note: Withdrawing consent may affect the organization's ability to process payroll digitally and may require alternative attendance verification methods.

Right to Correction & Erasure: You have the right to request corrections to inaccurate personal records or request data erasure upon separation from the organization, subject to mandatory statutory retention rules.

6. User Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Prohibition of "Buddy Punching": Attempting to mark attendance for another employee using fake location tools (GPS spoofing), emulator devices, or unauthorized physical/biometric media is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action by JiJo Digital Media as well as potential legal action.

7. Refund Policy

Active Campaigns: All fees paid to Erelong for active subscriptions are non-refundable once the service or billing cycle has commenced.

Dispute Windows: Any transactional discrepancy, double-billing event, or billing dispute must be raised by the User within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction timestamp by emailing billing@jijogroup.com.

8. Location Services & Privacy Safeguards

Point-in-Time Tracking: Geo-location tracking is activated only when initiating a check-in or check-out request inside Erelong Digitalmetric. Continuous real-time tracking during off-duty hours is explicitly disabled to preserve employee privacy.

9. Data Security & Storage

All data transmission is secured using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Data processed by Erelong Digitalmetric is stored on secure servers located within the territory of India in compliance with Indian data sovereignty guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

JiJo Digital Media shall not be held liable for:

• Attendance logging delays caused by poor network connectivity or device failure on user mobile devices.
• Unapproved access arising from compromised mobile devices or shared user passwords.

11. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In compliance with the DPDP Act 2023, a Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer has been appointed by JiJo Digital Media:

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

2.5 Payment Information

Erelong offers certain paid services, including subscriptions of the company or organisation for the Owner’s / Manager’s control panel, adding Employee to the attendance / workforce management and other premium features.

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), an independent third-party payment gateway.

Erelong does not collect, process, or store your:

• Credit or Debit Card Number
• CVV
• UPI PIN
• Net Banking Password
• Bank Account Password
• Authentication Credentials

When a payment is made, Razorpay securely processes your payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Erelong receives only limited transaction information required to provide the purchased service, including:

• Transaction ID
• Payment Status
• Payment Amount
• Order Reference
• Invoice Number
• Date and Time of Payment

This information is used solely for payment confirmation, accounting, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Where necessary, your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your State or country, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, technology, or our business practices.

The updated Privacy Policy will be published on the Platform with a revised Effective Date.

13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
